What the paywall actually is
We do not hold leads back from free installers. Everyone matched to an enquiry is emailed at the same moment, with the same requirements — location, TNB bill, system size, property type, financing.
The difference is the homeowner's name, phone and email. On the free plan those are hidden. On Premium they are in the email, and there is a WhatsApp button next to them.
What we can and cannot promise
We will not quote you a number of leads per month. It depends on your state and on demand we do not control, and any figure we gave you would be one you could hold us to.
What is checkable: we list 685 installers, of which 450 are SEDA-registered and eligible to receive leads. You can see every one of them on the directory.
Worth knowing: the SuRIA rebate pays homeowners up to RM3,000 and their system must be commissioned within 131 days. Enquiries between now and then are people trying to beat that deadline.

What exactly do I get for free?
A public listing, and an email about every enquiry we match to your area — the same alert a paying installer gets, at the same moment. What you do not see on the free plan is the homeowner's name, phone and email.
So free installers still hear about every lead?
Yes. We never hold a lead back to make the free plan worse. You always know an enquiry exists and what it is for. Premium is about being able to act on it.
How does the free trial work?
Claim your listing and you get 30 days of full access — every contact detail, no card required. If you do not upgrade, the listing stays live and you keep receiving alerts; only the contact details go back behind the paywall.
How many leads will I get?
It depends entirely on your state and how many enquiries come in that month — we are not going to quote you a number we cannot stand behind. What we can tell you is exactly how many installers we list in your area, and you can see every listing yourself on the directory.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do I need to be SEDA-registered?
To receive leads, yes. We only route enquiries to installers on SEDA's Registered PV Service Provider directory, and we tell homeowners that on the quote form. It is the one thing we will not bend on.
